Meet Our Dentists
Meet Dr. Justin Dinsmore
Being a dentist means providing the best possible oral healthcare in a fun and secure place.
I appreciate the diversity of my days and how no two patients are the same. Every conversation and each procedure is new, exciting, and has me thinking of the best way to meet the individual’s needs. Becoming a dentist was a natural path for me: I wanted to get to know people and be part of their healthcare team, so each can enjoy a healthier and happier life!
Creating and ensuring a healthy, beautiful smile is what drives my passion for dentistry. I am happy to help people have optimal dental health and smiles they are confident to share. Seeing a patient’s pride in their smile, once work is completed, brings me great joy.

Meet Dr. John Dinsmore
Our semiretired dentist, Dr. John Dinsmore still make an occasional appearance in the office!
My goal as a dentist is to make my patients happy with their smile and to improve their health to the best of my ability.
I chose the profession because I wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives, while also building relationships with those in my care. I have practiced dentistry since 1974 and truly value every person I have had the pleasure to meet throughout my career. Many are unforgettable and have, in time, become friends.
I appreciate the trust my patients place in me and am dedicated to always doing what is right for each of them.

Meet Dr. Mary Speicher
It is a genuine pleasure and honor to come to work every day and provide my patients with the best possible care. As a general dentist, I am able to practice all disciplines of dentistry, which makes each day different and unique. Each patient is different as well, which requires a tailor-made treatment plan for their specific dental needs. It never ceases to amaze me how much a patient’s confidence can improve when treatment is complete. The results are life changing and it’s life changing for me as a dentist to be able to provide that for my patients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
From a very young age I knew that I wanted to be a dentist and here I am today. When you are lucky enough to do what you love, it makes going to work a joy each day.
I attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where I received my Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. After graduating from Temple, I began working in general practice and started the work that would lead me here today. In 2024, I had the opportunity to join Dr. Justin Dinsmore and the team as an associate here with this amazing group of individuals! The front office, hygienists, assistants, and the doctors are willing to go out of their way to make our patients have the most comfortable dental experience. The team makes going to work so enjoyable every day. I am so fortunate to work with such a caring and competent team.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
I love the nature and beauty of the hills we call home. You can find me exploring the Smoky Mountains and spending time with my family when not here in the office.
CONTINUAL LEARNING
One of the most important aspects of my day to day interactions with patients is keeping on top of new and advancing research and technology. Continuing education helps me stay up to date with the latest techniques and materials along with broadening and obtaining a better understanding of treatments to provide the best care for my patients.
I am a member of several distinguished professional organizations and continue to participate in ongoing learning opportunities to ensure my patients are receiving the best care with modernized practices and treatment:
